Once upon a time
There used to be landlines and different calling plans. In the heady days before Skype, Facetime, or the Metaverse, the Verizon International Choice Plan was cutting-edge telecommunications.
Before influencers, hybrid cars, facial recognition, and ChatGPT, we had James Earl Jones. As Verizon’s spokesperson, I was lucky enough to work with him on several TV and radio ads. He was a delight.
